Okay, so I just bought a 2003 C70 and I just noticed that every time I turn the car on the antenna goes up regardless if the radio is on. Is there a way to keep the antenna down?

anteana should only go up when radio is on if all power is off to the radio anteana should go down. Someone may have replaced the antaena with an aftermarket model and wired it to the ignition power supply. That means when the car is on the antena is up. check your owners manual if your not sure. local radio shop could tell you if its original or aftermarket. No need for the dealership on this issue.
