Hello, I tried the search function and could not find anything. Are there any posts on doing a tranny swap from auto to manual in a 1998 c70? Do any of you have experience doing this? Any ideas on how much it would cost and what all you need?

 

Since you have a 98, pretty sure you need the full manual M56H kit from a 96-97 850 or 98 x70. Best luck would be to find a donor car or someone selling a kit. Average price around a grand. Mine was 1150 shipped.

The boot should fit into the opening, it may not be perfect, but it should work. It has to be 96/97 or an M56H, that's what I've read IIRC.
