Best way to fix BBS rims
My C70 has 17 inch BBS split rims, a Volvo extra I think. They would look OK if they weren't all flakey and scratched. Question is, what's the best way to get them looking nice again?
Can you take them apart if you need to?- looks like a lot of screws

You can take them apart, but BBS recommends of course to use new bolts. Cheapest is diy and painting. A professional wheel repair shop would do a better job and could add powder coating. Really depends on how much you want to spend.
