hi everyone

i have a c70 2.litre turbo with 67000 gen miles on a 51 plate , it has a steering whell vibration at low speed that dimishes at higher speed above 20mph ish , have swap wheels so front are now on back but still does it , also wheels are alloy bbs type , just wondering if needs tracking or inherant problem with these , got 10 months MOT on her ad seems hpi clear from records been well looked after with around £5000 of receipts sorry for upside down photo

Jack up front of car, turn wheels by hand see if a brake is dragging. Remove front wheels check calipers working right, disc hub is not warped. Axle bearings are not making noise.

 

All c70 conv. have a little front end shimmy. My 03 has done it for over 149,000 miles. The best tires I have found to reduce it are the Continental DWS AS 235/45/17.

 

Check rotors are not warped!
