Default C70 Pollen filter replacement 1998 Model

Hi guys ive trawled though some of the threads/posts but cant find anything in relation to replacing the pollen filter for my 1998 C70 HPT

Is there someone that can point me in the right direction on what to do or is there a how to guide on replacing the pollen filter.

Open the hood, remove the passenger side torx screws from the cowling. The cowling will bend far enough from the windshield to allow you to remove the filter and its bracket without removing the wipers. Should be under 30 mins start to finish, good luck.

Don't forget to unclip the cowl drain prior to lifting up the 'plastic'.

Hey guys,

I managed to replaced the pollen filter. Took all of 2 minutes on and off.

My last car, i had to take the glove box out and took about an hour but to my surprise its about the easiest thing I could have done so far.

Apparently it hadnt been changed in over 70K which is why it had sh*t overflowing...YUCK! makes all the difference now aswell.
