I need a new oil flamer where the oil filters thru I guess thats the right name for it. I was told to get a oil casing kit with the hoses,and gaskets. I was told that I could just take the filter thing off that has all the little holes in it so the oil could flow better.
So what would be the best thing to do and what problems could the oil casing cause if its bad. Cause the cam seal blew out twice and the oil leaked out. So replacing the oil casing could stop my cam seal from blowing out. C70 01 2.3 It's the oil trap that needs to be replaced seems like something I can do myself just remove the manifold and take it loose but I may be wrong lol.

 

Most likely vent system is clogged causing the seal to blow out from to much crank case pressure.

 

I have the same problem. How do you clean up the vent system?

 

Best bet is to replace the vent box and make sure all the hoses are clean.
