My wife was backing out of driveway today and when shifting from reverse to drive the shifter became stuck in neutral. We tried the override technique used when stuck in park be inserting key and screwdriver in override slot in lower left of shifter panel and still stuck in neutral. Checked brake lights working normally and doesn't appear due to brake relay switch. Used onboard computer diagnostics and no codes came up. Open to any ideas/suggestions

 

hi, having this exact same problem at the moment. Did you ever figure out how to get out of neutral? Pushing down the shift override is not helping us
