If the dash lights are flashing I might still say Battery.
Have you tried jumping it?
Or have you made sure the Battery terminals are tight?

I would agree with TECH. It certainly sounds as though the battery is not up to par. When you do not have enough juice to raise the aerial and the dash lamps simply 'flutter', it is a sure sign of a discharged battery.

Up here in Canada, we have Canadian tire. They will check your battery, and see if its crap or not. I assume the is a company that can do this service for you, wherever you are. It could be a bad ground as well. If your battery is good.
