Found this after reinstalling the drivers seat in the C70. Everything seems to work fine...but what is this?

 

Could this be part of the lumbar support mechanism? its not working, and the **** is long gone.

 

That's probably exactly what it is - the connection from the **** in the seat to the mechanism inside. I don't know if I'm willing to pull mine off to check though >< it might not go back on! If I'm in the junkyard in the future I'll yank one and find out for ya
