volvo c70 1999 has got a bad vibration from 30-55 mph under power, it goes away on decelleration. the left hand cv axle has been replaced and I notice the upper torque arm has a problem with the bolt and the bushing (bolt is at a angle in the torque arm) need some ideas that to fix the vibration before I buy the car, the car has 102000 mile could the motor mounts be bad ?any help would be appreciated
