Can anyone recommend a cheap obd2 scan tool like those on eBay that will work on my 1998 Volvo c70 t5

Or, if anyone has one that I can use to clear the service light and srs light I would greatly appreciate any help

I have a simple Maxiscan MS300 code reader that is okay for basic functions and cheaply available.
It suits CAN protocols and will clear CEL's also but not SRS.
Suited to all vehicles post 1996.

Not certain but I thought you had to clear an SRS fault code at a Volvo dealership or an outfit qualified and specialising in airbag servicing/repairs/replacements.
