Opinions on C70 convertible issues
Hello fellow volvo enthusiasts,
I own and drive a Volvo 960 in good weather and for the summer I have been looking for a C70 convertible.
I found a 2000 c70 convertible and although the owner says the car is flawless, I plan on taking my OBD-II device with me along with a voltmeter.
I have heard that there are a lot of issues with Volvo switches on the convertible top, that it can often be stuck in the down position.
I'd like the opinions of the Volvo community, good and bad.
Are there fixes? Can they be done by drivers, vs dealers?
What should I look for? What should I avoid?
Thanks!
