I have a 1999 C70 conv and the passenger door lock does not engage. The button goes down manually and electrically but I can open the door if the button is down. Any suggestions as to if I can fix myself?

It has to be replaced and the regulator has to come out to do it.

It will take you a long time and good luck getting the window lined up properly again.
