I have 2001 C70 T5, the other day I was cleaning the switch of my passenger window (since it was not going up when pressed) connected the switch module before I re-assembled and pushed the copper wires, I assume a shortcut happened and my window started not to work and locked open. The switch for the passenger window at the drivers side was working but that also stopped working. I called the emergency line of the dealer, and he managed to operate window by pushing the copper wires on un-assembled passenger's switch. So, we found out that window motor was not damaged, but now both switches (passenger side and drivers side) do not work.

What may cause this? Looking forward for your replies, this is an urgent issue.
