I just bought a c70. I love this car. I discovered that there is a rectangular hole next to the passenger fog light. There is suppose to be a piece there. Can someone tell me where to buy that piece or what it even call?

Also does anyone know how to turn on the headlight Whiper?

The head lamp wipers are operated in conjunction with the windscreen wipers. They cannot be operated independent of the windscreen wipers. As to the 'missing' piece that covers the front tow hood. Only available from the manufacturer or a wrecking yard.
