Rear window gasket

As anyone encountered this problem 2002 C70 rear window seal/gasket is deteriorating. Is this an eazy fix?

Usually only a new top will fix it. The glass is glued in.

I called the local dealership'sparts department to get a price check. The seal is running a little over $700.00 and is not in stock. Just my luck. Is this part something I can replace myself?

Sorry not sure never did one. Last time I knew you only could replace the top.
