Does anyone make a repair manual for the 2001 C70? I cant seem to locate one.

You can get a VADIS DVD or check out......

http://www.alldatadiy.com and sign up for an online manual that is pretty good.

Chilton makes a generic version that covers c70, s70, s90, and the 2 and 7 series. It is # 72302. It gives a broad overview and is quite helpful.
