shifter linkage

shifter linkage

Shifter and tranny work as they should. When I slide the shifter to the right into manual mode, it stays in drive. No Manuel mode at all. 07 automatic. What could be the problem?

Could be a broken shift blind. I had to replace mine. Not hard, just takes time. But for $30 DIY vs. $200 at the stealership, I did DIY
