Hi all.
I recently purchased a 2000 c70 convertible and it has a few problems. The main one concerning me is that the trunk all of a sudden will not open. I have tried with the remote, the release on the door and using the key in the trunk itself but nothing works.

I have checked and changed the relevant fuse and still no luck. If I pull the lever or press the remot there us a click in the dash but the latch remains closed. I have removed the rear seat and ski port cover but without go go gadget arms I dont have any ideas on how to reach the latch from inside.

Can anyone help with how to go about getting my trunk open without the use of an angle grinder and replacement trunk lid.

There is a service key for doors and ignition and a master key for glove box and trunk access also. Is the glove box locked? Can you lock unlock with the key your using?
