Vibration on wheel between 140-165 kmh

Vibration on wheel between 140-165 kmh
Dear Members,
This week, I had a short trip to another city with my 2001 C70T5, and I have noticed that there is vibration on steering wheel only between 140-165 km/h speed.Over 165-170 vibration does not exists. I thought about balance of the wheels but, does not sound logical to me, because, it would always vibrate at all highway speeds... What may the problem? Thanks.
