Where is Cabin air filter ?

Open the hood. Standing facing the Volvo you will find the filter on the extreem left side of the valance under the valance. You will have to remove several screws and the drain hose and then lift up the valance and you will see the filter. I am assuming you have an older c70 rather than the newer iteration of it.
