Default Where is the heater/ac blend door.

1st thing I have searched google and this forum and haven't found anything. I have a 99 C70 vert ECC that has no heat either side vent or floor. T-Stat is good, temp sending unit good, heater core good, warm up and temp at operation good, hoses to and from heater core hot, pipes at heater core hot. Everything is working as it should which leads me to believe it is the blend door stuck. Besides going to the dealer for calibrating etc... is it possible to gain access to the door and manually move the flap for heat. If so where is it located and does anyone have pics? BTW no issues with AC.
Thanks in advance.

Did you ever figure this out?? My 2012 XC90 is having similar issues, after taking it to the shop they said it was both blend door actuators, but now the "rear ac" button doesn't work.
