19x8.5 all around et35 wheels on a '99 c70 vert. they are bmw bolt pattern 5x120 so i will be getting an adapter made by adaptermaster on ebay. thanks guys!

What is the ET of the stock C70 rims?

I think it might be 43mm offset. That was the offset on the Canitsto rims I put on my S60. 35mm offset might require spacers.

Read the postings beginning 10 April 08 on fitting spacers to a c70 before you think about this proposed mickey mouse arrangement that you are concidering.
