My 2023 XC90 Recharge is six months old with 1600 miles on it.
The check engine light has come on four times, requiring a trip to the dealer
every two months, first to change bad spark plugs and then to reset software.

Are these issues likely to end, or do they continue indefinitely?

Since I posted about the CEL light coming on two weeks ago, it came on again (blinking) yesterday with the green tortoise as well.
While driving it directly to the dealer at 30mph, the engine made loud grinding noises. I am thinking that it is time to invoke
the lemon law, where in my state after three attempts to repair the same non conformity , the dealer gets one final chance to repair the
non conformity, and then Volvo will be obligated to replace or refund. The question is whether Volvo will accept the five different
things (all involving software) plus spark plugs and other parts as the same nonconformity (the engine) or try to call them separate
and refuse to replace or refund. Any previous experience or thoughts about this would be welcome.
