2023 XC90 Recharge Infotainment Issues
New to the forum, bummed my first thread is about a problem.
We have a 2023 XC90 Recharge Ultimate, Lounge, Bowers-Wilkins, Air Suspension, etc. We’ve took delivery one month ago.
As of this morning, the Infotainment system is not working right. (Everything was working perfectly when I parked it last night.)
CarPlay now connects only intermittently; mostly with a black screen but Apple Music will play. Steering wheel controls for volume/track do not work. I have tried multiple, Apple-brand cables.
Also, the Infotainment system will not store any settings. Every time I turn off the car, it resets to defaults; sound settings, device connections, Google log in, etc.
Our dealership can’t take it for service until next week.
SO… Anyone here familiar with and have figured out to reset/fix these issues?

Worst system there is
The infotainment center console is consistently not working. Some of the problems -
1. Google Maps - Sometimes, cannot locate my location, so no route can be produced. Other times, it locates me, but will not generate any routes. Saved destinations come and go. Sometimes they are listed, other times not. Sometimes Google mic hears me, other times not.
2. Phone - Recent calls and contacts come and go - sometimes there, sometimes not. I can make a call, and hear the person I’ve called, though they cannot hear me. And mute is not on.
3. Backup camera - Totally goes to a black screen in the middle of backing up.
4. 360 camera - Automatically comes on and off when I’m driving.
5. Radio, Sirius XM, etc. - will not turn on at all
6. Blinkers - on, but no sound.
This car has already been in for repair. Computer module replaced, but no improvement. Problems still there, though they differ from day to day. I’ve never had such a horrific car in my years of driving.
