My 2022 XC60 recharge barely gets warm if I’m in a cold environment.
In Tahoe where it was 7 degrees. Took 15 minutes to get any heat. Had to take out of hybrid mode and select Power mode to get heat.
just spoke to dealer.
guess the “high voltage coolant heater” is a known defect.
It’s on back order
First I’ve heard of this..,

It appears that substantially all of the electric heaters are failing in these cars and there's a shortage of replacements.

Best of luck in getting this resolved! Running in "Power" mode is a temporary method to at least provide heat.
