Default Recharge persistent message Park Assist sensors blocked

I'm the owner of a new Volvo XC40 Recharge - new to EVs and to Volvo. We've been enjoying the experience so far. One issue however is a persistent error message that I cannot figure out how to clear. "Cleaning needed Park Assist System sensors blocked Reduced functionality". I have tried unsuccessfully to find clear documentation in the online Owners Manual that tells me how many and where these sensors are located. It's winter here in Toronto so there are some messy driving conditions so I am wondering if this is going to be a chronic problem.
The car is clean and I continually wipe the 4 camera (back, front on Volvo badge, 2 under side mirrors) but the message keeps coming up.
Any other new Recharge owners experience the same thing?
Can anyone shed some light on where these Park Assist sensors are?
thanks
Ian.

I have encountered the same situation with my 2022 Volvo XC60 and the dealership replaced a bad cable. It worked for 4 days and has suddenly reappeared. The GM at the dealership has asked me to return to dealership tomorrow when he's back in. We have no idea now what is causing this. Will report back when I have more info post-visit.

I believe this is the same message you are getting???

I realize that I have not provided an update to my thread.
I was getting this chronic error message every day I drove. I finally took it to my local Volvo dealer and they agreed that it was not normal. They took the car for a service call and found it was a SW issue in their records and had a patch applied for it. They fortunately didn't have to replace any faulty cables or cameras.

by SW i mean software. A new release of the software (ie a "patch") was made available by Volvo and my local dealer was able to upload that new software. That fixed the issue.
