XC60 Recharge - Receptacle Image/Specs
Getting delivery of a 2023 XC60 Recharge tomorrow. I am working with my electrician to install a 50 amp receptacle in my garage. The electrician wants an image of the receptacle/part number to use when he goes to his supply house.
Can anyone post a photo of their receptacle and/or provide me with a part number? I've reached out to my Volvo dealer but haven't heard back, so I'm hoping someone here can help out. Thanks!

That is great to hear.
for people thinking about which plug to install.
The 220v plug that comes with the charge cable for the T8 recharge is the NEMA 6-20P. So have electrician install that plug.
If you have the full blown electric xc40, C40 or electric polestar, then the NEMA 14-50P is the plug you want.
now if you only want the electrician to come once and you plan on buying a full electric in the future and you have the space in your breaker box for 2x double pole breakers, then have him install both at the same time to future proof yourself.

Interesting; prior to moving I was charging on 240 in about 2-2.5 hours. Now it's approximately 5 for a full charge on 120v but just waiting for electrician to install breaker in panel for 240v along with female receiver plug for my charging device.
fyi, anything produced in January or feb 2022 is considered late 22 as 22 models started coming out in June or July 21).
Just do the math 11.6/3.7 and 18.8/3.7 =estimsted charge time on 220v.
