Default Volvo c40 charging issues

I have a new c40 that I have had for less than a week. We took our first road trip and when we stopped at our first charging station- which was an Electrify America fast charger- with 50% range remaining and plugged in, it said it would take an hour and 45 minutes to charge. We have attempted to charge at a few additional charge, all DC fast charges up 150 or 350 kW and all require very long charge times of up to 2 hours.
I’m frustrated because everything we read about the c40 said that at fast chargers you should be able up to 80% in 40 minutes.

Any insight into why I can’t remember get better charging speed? The car is set at 48amp charging.

How long did the charging sessions actually take? Don't trust what EA says on their screen.

What charging speeds does the car report? In kW? It should be over 70kW or so at 50%.

The 48A limit is only for AC, L1 or L2 charging.

Also only charge to 80% at DCFCs. Don't charge to 100% unless you really, really need it. At home on AC 90% is ok if you have range anxiety but we do 80% at home as well.

We haven't had any issues charging our C40 on EA and it's more than fast enough. We barely have enough time to shop at our local Target while charging outside.
