Default Issue with Sim Data/Factory Reset

Hi all, thanks in advance for any assistance. I have a 2022 XC60 Recharge and am having some issues. Two days ago when I started my car and attempted to connect to the Sim data for Navigation there was no signal. I turned Sim data off and on to try to reset it, but for the past two days it has not connected to the network. I thought it might be a software issue so I have attempted to Factory Reset the car to see if that would fix the problem. The car will not let me factory reset. It asks to confirm the reset, I click yes, and then it goes right back to asking again if I want to factory reset. So I'm at a loss. Before I bring the car in for service, I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions on what I may be able to do. Thanks again.

I got no response here so I took it in to Volvo for service. They hooked it up to their machine and factory reset. It works now but honestly if it happens again I'll end up having to bring it back in. The tech aspect to the Volvo leaves a lot to be desired.

All of the keys that are paired with the vehicle need to be in the car with you to attempt a factory reset from the head unit.
