I really like my XC 60 recharge. One issue that has bothered me is the wind noise coming from the driver and passenger front doors. I have a 2015 Toyota Avalon which is quieter, less wind noise, than this Volvo. Has anyone had to have their doors adjusted to improve the seal to reduce wind noise?

 

When I took the car back to have the heater for pure mode replaced for the 2nd time I had them check the seals around the windows. They did find a seal on the driver side rear door on my XC 60 that was loose. They got it back in place, tightened it up and the noise is reduced but not gone. I'm going to continue to work on this with a private shop that I use for my other cars to see what they can do. The dealership told me that any adjustments after one year are not covered by warranty. The key word there is adjustments
