start by checking your cables from the battery to the ground and to the starter motor. Its possible the starter is weak but I'd start with the connections. Any sense of what happened when the vehicle "broke"? ie shut down when running, wouldn't start one day etc. Next I'd try starting with jumpers - is your battery new new or just another battery from a different car? once you get it cranking at a normal speed, then you can start working the spark/fuel triage. You may even want to do a compression test to see if "broke" is really broke...

Yes the timing belt was switched by Volvo less then 30,000 km ago so I know it's all lined up, kinda why I'm scared to start taking the head off!! But I've decided to start a rebuild on my motor I have a month to get it running!! I'll post pictures soon and please help if u know anything about my issue by the way I took my camshaft knock code and deleted it and all the other codes on the car then I turned off the immobilizer but as soon as I throw the key on its immobilized again!!! ****ing car must be throwing a code the second I try to start it

when you do the compression test, just remember to remove all the plugs (so only the cylinder with the gauge is holding compression) - also do a dry then wet (dropping a tbs or so of oil to coat the rings in the wet test should also help if the walls are dry as can happen when the fuel washes the oil off)
