I have a 2005 S40 T5 with a 6-Speed Manual. Over the past few months, about 75% of the time when I cold-start the car in the morning, it runs very rough (nearly stalls) for literally only three to five seconds and then it runs perfectly thereafter for the remainder of the day. I did see on a Volvo Site from the UK that apparently 2005 V50 T5s were recalled for this issue (I believe my S40 T5 is mechanically identical to the V50, right?). Any help/ideas on this would be much appreciated.
