01 V70 2.4 non-turbo;
Maybe once a week, after starting the car cold, it idles real rough to the point you think it's going to shake your tooth fillings out. Put it in gear and drive down the road and all is fine and may not do it again for a while. CEL is not on and no codes found when I had AutoZone do a scan. Fuel mileage has not suffered. Have cleaned the throttle body, but it really wasn't that bad to begin with.
I found another post from 2012 with my exact problem, but OP never came back to report solution.
Need to get this fixed as the wife will not drive the car fearing it will happen to her and leave her walking.
Ideas??

Until it pops a code there is not much you can do.
