06' S40 2.4i muffler??
I need a way to make my S40 sound a little more powerful, not so much louder but more fierce. I don't have enough cash for a custom made exhaust system (since nobody makes exhaust systems for this exact car I have) and I was wondering if there are any other (cheaper) solutions. Such as a new muffler. Thanks for the help.

Have you checked IPD USA, EuroSportTuning (EST), HEICO, Viva Performance?
If they don't have anything then I would suggest saving your money. Seriously if you want more sound do it right with a catback system. Just adding a muffler while it will add sound is the cheap RICER way out of things. You'll be much happier with a full catback system.
