08 volvo s-40 message says book time for maintaince

08 volvo s-40 message says book time for maintaince
What does this mean? It has not had the 60,000 mile service what does this service consist of? Could it just be a oil change? It has already had spark plugs changed, air filter, brakes and a few other things done by owner not dealer. any ideas of what this means?
