Default 2000 s40 1.9t Bad Turbo causing Positive Crank Case Pressure

Hey y'all I think I figured out why I still have a Positive crankcase pressure even after PCV replacement.

Can a Bad Turbo Be messing Up The airflow in the PCV?

I was looking at Both hose ends from the PCV Line that connects to the ptc and the intake, when I connected the intake hose and put my thumb over the ptc end of the hose I finally got full vacuum when I would connect the hose back into the ptc port I would lose vacuum again. So then I tested out the Turbo air Intake that connects to the air filter and I didn't feel much suction at all.
So I have come to the conclusion that I have a Poor performing turbo? What do you guys think?

I am having a similar problem, however my turbo is not creating ANY vacuum at the inlet, The turbo seems ok, I can spin both sides freely, I pulled the cats to see if there was a restriction, they were fine.... I guess I'll pull the Turbo next maybe the waste gate or bypass is stuck open and causing low airflow at the inlet? Should the waste gate switch while revving the engine in park? or should it be under a load?

Yeah I want to pull The Turbo Too But from looking at how to's it seems like a Major Pain. Another alternative somebody threw out there was that maybe there's a Vacuum Leak somewhere in The system Maybe the Idle Air Control etc. so I Might check that Next and Then If That Still isn't it Go after the Turbo at that point. In the meantime Might Just Cover up The PTC hose to get full vac. Tired of blowing seals and getting my timing belt all oily.
