2000 S40 High Revs
My mother's 1.9T w/ 103k miles will sometimes hesitate to start for a few seconds, then revs really high. It also races sometimes while driving and she has to shift it into neutral. Her mechanic can not find the problem. VERY SCARY. Please help. Thanks.
