2001 S40 1.9T Strange engine noises

Hi There;

My 2001 Volvo S40 is making a strange noise, maybe you could help me figure out what's going on; have a youtube video so you can hear it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bbR9nnU5HxM

2001 volvo s40 71K miles
The noise goes off after 5-10 min. of engine running.

All I hear over the kid coughing are the valves rattling. With no more miles than you have, change the oil every 3k, NOT 7K! Castrol. Or every 90 days, whichever comes first. JMHFO. Based on 45+ years of fixing Otto based engines.
