2001 Volvo S40 2.0T freeflow exhaust white smoke
Hi guys.
I fitted my volvo today with a freeflow exhaust and after that everytime i give it a good punch down the road or rev it , it gives a white smoke thats smells of fuel.
Why is it doing this and what should I do!??

white smoke is indicative of condensation or coolant getting steamed out of the exhaust pipe. If it goes away after 10 or so miles, then its probably just condensation and is normal. Smelling of fuel suggests an incomplete burn - any misfires/fouled plugs? change in gas mileage? or it could be coming from another source (weepy fuel line or seal?). Since you say it happens when you go WOT, then you should check your state of tune.
It never did this, only after I fitted the freeflow exhaust system today.
They did fit the sensor into the pipe again, but my main concern is that there is no cat in it?
I think the conputer is ofer fueling due to incorrect readings from sensor?
Should I take it for a computer tune ?

So you removed the cat??? Well the cat is supposed to complete the burn of any HCs in the exhaust gas so if removed, you will alter the amount of O2 measured by the rear sensor -but I don't know if the downstream sensor impacts metering or if its just comparing to the upstream sensor... Not sure what a "computer tune" does but if you have good plugs, coils, wires you should be getting a hot enough spark to deal with the rush of fuel.
