main consul on the volvo part where switches for heated seats ,rear window demister and main blower switch when i start the car up it takes like 30 mins before this part starts to work or lights up or it flashes intermitantly can anyone advise or help :confuse d:

 

Loose connection on the back side, I'd guess.
