2003 S40 interior bulbs

Two of the bulbs behind the AC and fan controls in my wife's S40 are out. How do I get to them and where can I buy them?

the dealership carries them they are bout $18 each & there are 3 I would replace all 3 when you remove the front panel & I hear the radio needs to be removed as well to get at the bulbs
