After searching the web fairly thoroughly, including these forums, I can't seem to find the answer.

does anybody know where the radio amplifier is located in 2003 s40?

It is in the drivers rear side panel I believe, instructions available.

 

just to update anyone that might care:

the radio amp is located in the trunk on the passenger side under the side panel / carpet. You can get to it and remove it with a phillips screwdriver.

I was thought It was located at a centre panel of the driver otherwise left panel of the driver side. Some time It could be so confused to found amplifier, Because If the car driver will have want to change the amplifier place then It would be change it very well.

 

Dude..sorry may I call you dude?..Well dude unless you wanna make money this unethical way I dont see why you dont share what you know.This is not the first time that you wanna go private with someone instead of sharing the info with the community as it was always the way among volvo fanatics. So far not one of your answer was right what I have read regarding the S40 in fact some was really misleading or you were speaking in general which is only good to boost post count.If you wanna go like this you leave me
