2004 S40 T5- Programming the Garage door opener on visor.

I recently purchased a 2004 S40 T5(late model) and I cannot find any info in the manual on programming the garage door opener for my garage. Any help will be much appreciated.

how about a link to a better manual than what comes with the car?
