2005 S40 T5 FWD Exhuast Manifold
Is there any diffrence between the bolt pattern on an S60R exhuast manifold and a S40 exhuast manifold both the T5 but the S60R is pushing 300hp and im only at 218hp. how do these two engines differ?

This should fit. It says C30 but it is the same as the S40/V50.

Another would be the one Ford used on the Focus RS MKII. The Focus uses basically the same engine as our cars but is tuned for 300hp.
