Hi,

I searched for fog light issues but most seemed to deal with them not being OEM and adding them on etc.

All of a sudden my fogs lights would not come on. The rear fog light works fine but the instrument panel for the front ones will not light, I did not receive any error message and I have since changed out both bulbs just in case. I also checked the fuse which looked fine but still I changed that but no luck.

- The button on the dash does not light when pressed.
- No lights are shown on the cluster panel.
- I confirm the fog lights do not light
- I confirm I have checked the 15 amp fuse that is shown to be for the Fog Lights. It looked fine but I replaced it with the one provided in the Fuse Panel cover but still no lights.

I am stumped and hoping it is a simple fix, greatly appreciate any assistance I can get before going to the Dealer.

volvowiringdiagrams.com can help. Not sure if the fogs go through a relay in the ECU but you should be able to find connection points to trace where the voltage is lost - ie at the fuse, the switch, a relay, a connector junction or at the lamp.
