Is it possible to run the halo's without the projector headlights on. I'm not sure if the projector provides the light to the halo's. All help would be appreciated.

 

If I'm not mistaken the "halo" ring you speak of is lit by the bulb of the headlight. I read somewhere about a special purpose of this ring, but I really don't remember. So to answer your question, no it's not possible.
