I've been having an intermittent electrical issue. When I turn my car off, I try to use the power locks to open the doors but it doesn't work. I then put the key back in the ignition and try to turn the engine on, but there will be absolutely no electrical power. When that happens, I can't get my key out of the ignition. About 30 seconds later, power will come back on and everything will be fine until the next time. When power comes back, my radio stations and trip odometer have reset. This happens about twice a week now. Also, my headlights and radio screen flicker, though I have no idea if that is related to the other issue. Thank you for any help.

What have you done to fix the problem? Have you checked the battery cables? Have you had the battery tested?
