Hi everyone,

My girlfriend's 2006S40got a small hole smashed in on her drivers side headlight lens. Any possibility or replacing just it or the whole assembly? I looked on the web for the headlight assembly and could only find replacement parts for 2004 and back. Are they interchangable? Or do I have to get part from Volvo or junkyard?

Dealer wanted $900 to replace. Money's tight and was thinking it was something I could do myself. Read some of the other posts and didn't seem too difficult.

You'll have to replace the whole housing. You should be able to find one at an auto salvage yard.
