I'm getting a CEL and when I check the codes these two are coming up. I'm not having any problems with stalling or the engine feeling like it is going to stall. Any suggestions?

 

Not sure but I think you will have better luck posting in the forum for the 2005+. This one covers 2000-2004.

First thing I do is erase the codes and see if they return. Especially if you are not noticing any problems like the engine is down on power.

Your first code is for the Fuel Pressure Sensor which is at the end of the fuel rail. This one is a bit expensive but super easy to replace.

The 2nd code is more troubling. It's the first time I've heard of it on this forum. It may be related to the first code though. Other than that guess, I'm no help.

P0320 Volvo S40 DTC Code | EngineDTC.com suggests the 0320 can be related to fuel pressure so I'd go with the FPS replace first. Not sure if this vid works for your model but has some good tips

 

Just changed the FPS getting the code erased today. Hope it takes care of both codes
